Honey is rich in vitamins and natural minerals and does not  contain cane sugar, corn sugar or any other type of sweetener. Raw honey is honey that has not been  pasteurised (heat treated) above 45C and has not had its pollen filtered out. It frequently crystallize quickly due to its high pollen content.
